Warm celebrations to Anqing Foreign Language School for her another glory in the 2016 College Entrance Examination!
With the concern of people form all walks of life, teachers& students of Anqing Foreign Language School constantly strove and struggled ahead, achieving another glorious victory in the 2016 College Entrance Examination, which embodied the characteristics of our school: ‘High Grades, Outstanding Performances& Transcending Development’.
To be exact, in this year’s Chinese Gao Kao, 171 students of Anqing Foreign Language School qualified for undergraduate courses, creating peaks over the years. Among the 171 students, 16 of them had the honor to enter key universities. Our school’s international classes, the students of which scored more than 620 points in Senior High School Entrance Examination, gained the rate as high as 78.3% in entering regular college courses.
Moreover, student Wu Hang obtained top score of 545 in Liberal Arts while Zhang Hexi acquired the highest mark of 604 in Science. Also, Yu Xiongbing& Yin Hang ranked second in parallel with 599 points. The top score of Anqing Foreign Language School in Science major surpassed that of two provincial model middle schools in city center, holding a safe lead in non-state-run schools in urban areas.
In addition, He Yinfeng was admitted to University Of California in the United States, achieving the rate of 80.8% in both art and physical education major.
Overall, Anqing Foreign Language School’s various indexes ranked top among civilian-run schools in downtown area, submitting an excellent transcript for parents& society.
